circus tents

I created these vector circus tents for a design comp for a client that we didn't end up using. I still think they are cute and would make for a great invitation for a themed party...

e-blast redesign

This is what the leasing broker sent over for approval.

My redesign. While we liked the message, we felt it just needed to be a little more subtle.

Customer Service "Quotables" - Phase I

Phase I of the Customer Service messaging completed. (See the beginnings of the project here.)

I found these frames for a serious discount at a local craft store. A little windex and a couple minor scratches later...

All in a day's work

Getting the office investor-ready has been no small task.

Step 1: Cover the bare walls.

I'm not sure how I got the job of hanging all of this wall art (a total of 26 frames). Actually, now that I think about it, I volunteered. Thank goodness for measuring tapes, torpedo levels, string, and a quick refresher in dividing fractions.

pro bono

Every other month, the committee that I chair in the women's organization at my church and I get to host a "Welcome Social", which gives new move-ins and more tenured members a chance to get to know each other better. These events give me a chance to get a little creative.

A fun part of my job is the little 'side' projects people ask me to do for them.

Here are a couple gift certificates the owner ['s EA] asked me to make for her son's 13th birthday tomorrow.

Customer Service "Quotables"

I came back from my honeymoon and found this on the wall of the kitchen at work ... I guess I missed a mini crisis initiated by one of the owner's concern that the company is not customer-service-centric enough.

I was asked to "charitify" them (apparently, that's what people in the office say when something needs some sprucing up).
Here is what they turned into...
We now have a set of ten "Customer Service Quotables" that will be framed and hung strategically around the office and possibly turned into mousepads and coffee mugs. Kind of fun!
